One of those key insight and making it viable to test crazy things like magics eggs

We conducted a range of research, and one of the key insights we observed highlighted how court staff struggled to record the judge's sentence. The issues were due to the poor system they had to use, but it also related to how quickly or clearly judges delivered their denting to the court. We spent a day or so in a war room thrashing out the most viable way to solve the problem. We discounted AI because it was emerging tech, and the upkeep would likely cost/resources would be too high once the service transferred to business as usual.court staff struggled to record the judge's sentence.
